Payment Policy
Estimate Fee — $50.00
An Estimate Fee of $50.00 is required to schedule a service visit. This is a required deposit that will be applied toward your total service cost once your project is approved and work is scheduled.
Handyman Hourly Rate — $120.00 / Hour
Our standard rate is $120.00 per hour. Payment for the first hour is required upfront before work begins. Your handyman will assess the full scope of work on-site and advise on how many additional hours will be needed to complete the job. Additional hours are billed upon completion.
Refund Policy
Estimate Fee Refunds
The $50.00 Estimate Fee is non-refundable once a service visit has been scheduled and the technician has been dispatched. If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, the fee may be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 90 days. If Grace Handyman Services LLC cancels or is unable to fulfill the appointment, the full $50.00 will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Hourly Rate Refunds
The upfront first-hour payment of $120.00 is non-refundable once the handyman has arrived and work has begun. If the on-site assessment determines the job requires less than one hour and work has not yet started, a credit or partial refund may be issued at our discretion. If a workmanship issue is reported within 7 days of service completion, we will return to correct the problem at no additional charge. Monetary refunds for completed work will only be considered after we have had the opportunity to address the issue directly.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us in writing within 7 days of your service date at the address or email below. Please include your name, contact information, service date, and a description of the concern. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse, including the use of secure systems and encryption for payment processing. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
